Sepphoris also known as Tzippori – in Hebrew Zippori = צִפּוֹרִי (which mean bird) is famous thanks to its rich historical evidences of different historical cultures. For worldwide Christians, Sepphoris known as the hometown of Virgin Mary parents (Anna and Joachim) which believed to be citizens of the ancient biblical Zippori Galilee village. Sepphorsi is located near Nazareth and Cana area, at the Holyland Central Galilee.

Tzippori at the time of Jesus was deeply influenced by the Romans, there are several archeological evidence stating Jesus did most of his business in Sepphoris (near Nazareth).
